Beechwood House

Run by the most lovely couple Margaret and Craidog were so genuine and helpful. My room was spotless and comfortable with good wifi, in my 4th week of travel , I had the best nights sleep and awoke to an excellent breakfast and solid suggestions on the regions attractions. More home than hotel I felt I had a much needed holiday from my holiday A1+

Everything was exceptional, the owners were some of the nicest people I've met and everything was available. It felt like a home away from home. We will certainly come stay again if we're in the area! And breakfast was great too they even let us take it away for our very busy early morning. I can't recommend this place enough.

The location was ideal for me as it was right on my cycle route. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I had secure bike storage in an outbuilding with access to power which means I could charge my ebike. My train was large and comfortable. The price was very reasonable.

Although my room was large and comfortable it was a little dated and could do with a bit of a makeover. I didn't like the air fresheners in the room.
