The breakfast was filling and very well prepared. Lyn was very accommodating. The homemade jam was delicious. Our room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The small fridge in the room was very handy. The coffee, tea, milk, and chocolates were all a bonus. The towels were soft and fluffy and the bed was very comfortable.

Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht hier, aber dieser Aufenthalt war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute perfekt. Das Zimmer war makellos und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das absolute Highlight war der traumhafte Sonnenaufgang, den wir direkt genießen konnten – ein unvergesslicher Moment! ​Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Besitzerin. Wir wurden so zuvorkommend und aufmerksam umsorgt, wie man es selten erlebt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier echtes Herzblut drinsteckt. Auch das Frühstück war einfach top und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. ​Wir sind restlos begeistert und kommen definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder!

Myself, my partner & 3 family members spent a wonderful 2 nights here, taking all 3 rooms. So we had the place to ourselves, which was really lovely! Breakfast was plentiful with a choice of fruits, yoghurt, cereal, juices with tea/coffee. Also a coffee of Full Scottish breakfast--sausage, bacon, egg, black pudding, beans & toast Or a Continental breakfast. All served between 8-9am. All rooms extremely comfortable & spotlessly clean, with extra facilities like a mini fridge & a tea/coffee machine. Lovely fluffy white towels provided, and a fabulously comfortable bed & pillows. Wonderful to wake up to a stunning view of Ben Nevis (if you're lucky to have a clear day!) Plenty of parking space on site.

Nothing at all that we didn't like, but some added facilities could have come in handy.... We climbed Ben Nevis during our stay 🙌🏼 on a very wet day. A mat was provided inside the front door for our wet boots, which was great. It would have been extremely handy if there was a drying area for our clothes. We could only hang them on hangers (provided) around our rooms/bathrooms which meant puddles of water everywhere. Some hooks in the bathrooms & on backs of doors would have been useful too.

We stayed here for just one night on our NC500 trip and honestly wished we had booked longer! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome – nothing was too much trouble. After a long day on the road it was such a treat to be greeted with a smile, a cosy room, and that “home from home” feeling. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful night before heading off again in the morning. The bed was super comfy (just what you need after hours in the car!) and the little touches really made it feel special. If you’re travelling the NC500 and looking for a place that’s welcoming, relaxing, and genuinely friendly, I couldn’t recommend this spot more. A perfect stopover that makes you feel like more than “just passing through.”

Great location. The room was clean, facilities good, English Breakfast was great, it's nice and quiet and the views! The views make up for whatever there is, even if you're travelling with a friend who hasn't had coffee yet in the morning! Even they will be less grumpy!

Shower could've had more pressure, but that's just nitpicking.
