The property is good, the beds are huge and comfortable. There are two nice pools. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good.

The water pressure was terrible. Sometimes it just did not work at all. Like, could not even flush the toilet. Our room had a bath, but the plug wouldn't seal it so it was unusable. There was also a shower, but the head was fixed to the high ceiling so you pretty much had to run around in it to get wet, it soaked the entire room and I ended up having to wash out the shampoo bent over the sink because not enough water would reach you. A lot of the villas have long stay residents in them so it feels less like a hotel and more like you are in someone's house. On day two, half the property had a power cut that lasted 24 hours. No air con, no WiFi, (phone reception is very poor there) no lights so we were just sitting in the dark, using my phone as a torch until it died and I couldn't charge it. They didn't bring around any candles to the room or anything. It's quite hard to get to without a scooter as its not accessible by car. You need to walk your bags up to the room which is up a hill on a narrow path.

The bed was a bit too hard

The location is incredible, the views on the fields are stunning, the staff is wonderful - they were incredibly helpful and wonderful at all times.

Honestly, it was disappointing to see that basic things in the room were not taken care of, especially since these issues don't cost much to fix. The curtains had stains that could easily be washed or replaced, and one of the curtain holdbacks was broken. The shower area with stones had human hair, and the pink trash bin was dirty and should be replaced with a new one from any nearby store. The water pressure was low, making it difficult to shower, and the toilet made noise throughout the night. Additionally, there was a layer of dust behind the mirror, which is concerning as my husband is allergic to dust. For breakfast, I strongly suggest that the hotel owner try breakfasts at nearby cafes for the same price, as the quality was incomparable. And maybe to change the food provider or some menu choices. It's unfortunate to write this, given the amazing location and the warm, kind staff. However, I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience, as the place has great potential to be one of the best hotels in the area. We would be happy to return once these small improvements are made.

We didn't have water for 2 nights, but this is one of the possibilities when you're in the countryside.

Excellent location, in a quiet area surrounded by rice fields. The room and bathroom are spacious and it's lovely to have the breakfast served in the patio in front of the room. Staff is very nice and helpful - they arranged for us transfer to Nusa Dua and the rental of a scooter. Easy communication with whatsapp.

At times, there were issues with water pressure and the facilities of the bathroom (water leaking from the tub, shower head not centered). Staff quickly solved the problems when notified.

I liked everything about my stay. The location was absolutely superb. I loved the fact that cars could not get to the villas and that it was surrounded by rice fields. The best place to unwind and to completely relax with just the frogs in the ricefields

- atmosphere is good. The rice field view is feel peace and calm. - room size and layout is good - breakfast is great with on-time serving at your room - staffs have service mind. Lovely!!

Terrible experience, without water first, then no hot water, we had to walk in the rice fields at midnight to take a shower in another room. Subsequent water outages. Dirty mosquito net, toilet and bed sheets. The room we booked was not provided.
