"Wonderful hosts, beautiful house"

Really lovely hosts and breakfast was delicious. Derek even drove us to ivybridge in the evening which was above and beyond. Garden and house was beautiful. Room was perfect.

Lovely hosts, welcoming, thoughtful and helpful. Loved hearing their laughter. Gorgeous home and beautiful garden full of birds. Warm homemade banana bread on arrival! Lovely cosy room.

The shower! Back and forth between burning hot to freezing cold.

It is not possible to walk from the property to the nearest town, Ivybridge.

"Good value countryside seclusion."

Our room was very comfy with everything we needed, tea/coffee making etc. Lovely view over their secluded walled garden with woodpecker and pheasant visiting while we were there. Good breakfast and pleasant hosts.

All was good, no negatives.

Excellent acomodation in a beautiful quiet cottage. The double room was so comfy. High quality duvet, pillows and bed linen. The room was bright and sunny with views on two sides, from which to see the abundent bird life. I only wanted a light breakfast - but it was good quality yoghurt and selection of toast with a selction of quality jam/marmalade and a choice of tea - even provided fresh lemon for my Earl Grey. The hosts are the greates asset- there when you need them, so kind and accomodating.

For awareness only - the parking does require reversing either on to or off the road into a walled driveway, easy enough if someone sees you out (which the host instantly offered to do as I was on my own)
