Rumah Semanggi

Loved the peaceful location and relaxing around the pool after exploring the local area on foot. We really appreciated having free drinking water available to refill our drink bottles. The guest rooms are attractively designed.

I had an amazing stay at Rumah Semanggi! Everything about this place was perfect, the room, the garden, the pool, the location. I enjoyed the calmness, the beautiful nature and rice fields around. The staff were so kind and the owner Summa was so helpful and welcoming! 🌞 When I come back to Ubud I will definitely stay there again! Thank you Summa, I am so glad I chose your place! 🌞🙏🌴

I'm so glad I found Rumah Semanggi - it really made my trip to Ubud. Perfect peaceful location in the ricefields, gorgeous deep pool, fantastic, friendly hosts and team. It felt like a real sanctuary after coming back from the crazier parts of Ubud. There are some fantastic local restaurants within a few minutes' walk, such as Paddy Point, which serves incredibly tasty food in a beautiful setting. With the huge array of eating options available in Ubud, I mainly just wanted to eat in the immediate vicinity of Rumah Semanggi because the food was all so good. One more thing I have to mention is the beautiful lush, jungly garden. And I think the pool deserves a second mention because it's just so lovely (be aware that it's 3m deep at one end). On a practical note, I appreciated the free water refills as I hate having to buy plastic bottles. Other little things like teabags being replenished every day when the room was cleaned, the really helpful information about the local area... Basically this is a place that does really well on both the big things and the small details. Thanks again Summa and Roberto!
