"Kirsty and Neil are great hosts , they make your stay a joy."

The breakfasts were fantastic as always having stayed here before , including the baked beans, plenty of choice. Kirsty is a great baker of lemon drizzle cake , and chocolate brownies that were available to eat.

Kirsty and Neil very good hosts, made us very welcome, Very good breakfast, good selection of foods, Comfortable lounge for guests to use, Quiet countryside location, liked the idea of an honesty fridge with wine, beers and snacks for visitors use. A really good shower in the on suite, and fresh towels each morning. And a bonus of chickens, pigs. and a fishing lake in the garden, Good base to explore the area from.

We could not really fault the accommodation.

"Excellent stay in a location very suited to our family of 10 and for a family wedding in Holsworthy."

The breakfast, accommodation and location were all excellent for our family. Neil and Kirsty were extremely friendly and hospitable. Our grandchildren very much enjoyed the chickens and pigs and especially fishing in the lake. The location was excellent for a family wedding we were attending in Holsworthy. An excellent stay altogether.

Our stay could not have been better.

Friendly staff, nice lounge area to sit in. Breakfast’s huge all locally sourced. Nice grounds to enjoy, fishing lake, animals to see. Easy to travel to attractions and beaches

"Exceptional"

The property was very clean and well maintained. Kirst had homemade cracks available for guests to help themselves. Both Kisrty and Neil were very friendly and the lake was lovely and calming to sit in the evening.

It is down very narrow lane however as there are only a few properties we did not come across another cvehicle in the opposite direction so it wasn't an issue.

"Rest, relax and enjoy"

The couple were really friendly and made you feel very welcome. They have a beautiful bed and breakfast property with homemade cake readily available all day.

The road getting to the property is in poor condition and would really benefit all the residents clubbing together to better this.
