Leworthy Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast

Just an amazing place. A bit out in the sticks - use the Google pin to find it easily. The family is super friendly and the room was huge. We wanted to take the shower home!!!

The location was stunning and peaceful, I have not had a better breakfast anywhere else, there is also homemade cake which is put out daily and delicious!

Maybe a slightly larger TV with a few more channels? didn't spoil the experience though!

The breakfast was exceptional, beautifully cooked and presented, a substantial breakfast. There was cereal, fruit and yoghurt, fruit juices, full English, something to suit everyone. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable. Tea, coffee, and water available in the room, plus a fridge with milk and water in outside the room for guests use. There was also a fridge downstairs with wine, chocolate etc for sale. On arrival there was complimentary cake ( lemon drizzle) which was delicious, that was a help yourself basis, a very nice touch. Parking was easy and plentiful. Neil was a very good host and his local knowledge was very good, he was genuinely interested in what you were planning to do during your stay.

Leworthy was both comfortable and convenient and was able to accommodate at the last minute. The Breakfast was fantastic with home produced food on the plate. The farm provided for extras if the client would like as no shops locally. There was free cake for afternoon tea which was both a pleasant surprise and tasted very nice.

Only minor issue is not the property but the location is remote and requires cool driving head to negotiate the single track roads in the area. Sat nav takes you there easily though

The breakfast was amazing - sausage, bacon and eggs from the back garden! Location was great; lovely and quiet and only a 20 minute drive from Bude. Neil and Kirsty were the most wonderful hosts and made the Farmhouse feel like a home away from home.

Comfortable rooms, excellent power shower and plenty of towels, hand wash etc. Tea & coffee making facilities were plentiful.

Nice room with an excellent view of the lake. Very friendly hosts and room was very clean and matched description on web site. Large and very tasty full English breakfast. B&B is in rural location surrounded by farmland and so is exceptionally quiet which is exactly what we wanted,
