Location was very good for the village and Loch

The property looked tired Towels provided were small bath towels and smelt horrible. No hairdryer in room. Breakfast - the cooked food was kept in warm containers to help yourself. Weren’t many choices. A variety of packets of bread you could toast.

Mooie kamer met grote badkamer. Centraal gelegen.

Geen personeel gezien behalve bij het ontbijt om te vragen of we koffie of thee wilde. Koffie overigens niet te drinken. Prijs kwaliteit lala

Great location, easy to find. Large family room. Good breakfast and friendly attentive staff.

Good location with parking for exploring Fort Augustus and Loch Ness. Important to remember this is a B&B not a hotel.

Such places have significant footfall but nevertheless cleanliness really does matter. On arrival, entering via the breakfast room, there was a lot of mess: crumbs around the toaster, museuli on the dispenser. The staircase carpet needs a deep clean and there's scope for more general maintenance and room cleaning. Room was basic even when stated as deluxe, dark and ventilation poor. The hairdryer was not acceptable - very dusty and taped with a plaster. The non personal check-in and out is okay, but for me, it felt rather impersonal.
