Everything! So friendly and welcoming, lovely comfortable room, unbelievable selection at breakfast for a small place, hot breakfast cooked to order with top class ingredients. Very convenient location just off Lord St. and only a few minutes from the station.

Lovely welcoming couple with a beautiful guesthouse, Everything was so clean and tidy, would put top hotels to shame Nothing was to much trouble, at breakfast all the usual cereals,fresh fruit and numerous yogurts And a cracking full English, expertly cooked by Richard Can't wait to return

"Amazing stay in an amazing place with amazing people"

Everything about the Norwood was amazing the whole place was very clean and well presented with lots of extra touches. Richard and Valentina were superb hosts , the breakfast was excellent and service was fantastic, will definitely stay again.

The whole experience of our 2 night stay in the Norwood guest house was second too none, Richard and Valentina (proprietors) were so friendly and welcoming, our room was a mini suite, with a seperate area with a sofa and chair to relax and watch tv or read, it was so homely, and was facilitated with everything we needed We will certainly be back for another stay!

There wasnt anything we didnt like!

The fresh cooked breakfast was out of the world and the lovely couple that run The Norwood are really nice and friendly.

TV in our room was a bit small for the size of the room couldn't lie in bed in morning and watch the news

The breakfast was outstanding.table set lovely every morning Richard and Valentina went above and beyond fantastic hosts .hot water bottles put in bed every night fantastic. Could not fault anything.in the guest house 10/10. That's the only place I would stop when visiting southport again. Thankyou to the hosts.x

"What an absolute gem, run by truly wonderful hosts."

The hosts Richard and Valentina are absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so welcoming and friendly. Richard has great local knowledge. The house really is a home from home with some amazing little personal touches. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and furnished, very comfortable and spotlessly clean, as indeed is the whole house. Breakfast is wonderful, with a wide choice of hot and cold. I really cannot rate the Norwood high enough. If I could give more than ten I would. This was our first stay, but we will definitely be returning. It’s not a case of if, but more a case of when. Absolute gem.

There is nothing you could possibly not like - the place is perfection personified.
