I arrived there at 4 o clock but the room was dirty and not ready for use, the cleaner lady said I need 20 minutes for cleaning so I said it’s ok i will come after 20 minutes When I entered the pin code of main door and just wanted to enter the apartment the owner came and asked me about booking confirmation I felt very guilty because the apartment is located on a main road and everyone was looking at us, I said to owner that you can ask me but inside the building not on the main road 😥 I don’t know why it’s important for owner because I already showed my booking confirmation to the staff by the way it was very shameful 😡 After this incident I went back I didn’t stay for a while and I booked a new apartment for myself It was very bad and painful experience for me 👿

The TV was quite helpful in blocking out some of the noise from outside, which made the stay a bit more bearable. It was a good distraction and helped create a bit of a buffer from the street sounds.

Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable stay at this property. I couldn’t sleep until around 2 a.m. due to constant noise — doors slamming, people shouting, and general disturbances. The window in the room faced a very busy street, and since it was a hot and stuffy day, I had to keep it open for air. However, there were people (possibly friends or family of the owner) sitting right below the window, talking loudly and smoking. All the smoke came straight into the room, which made it worse. The toilet had a very unpleasant smell, which I assume was made worse by the hot weather. Inside the room, there was no table, no bedside cabinet, and no shelves to put my things — so everything ended up on the floor. Also, we were only given one towel for two people, which isn’t acceptable.

The lady member of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of shops,barbers and takeaways Plus on the opposite side of the road was a local pub it had a dart board set up, pool table, machines etc. nice place just to get out, landlord there was friendly and helpful also.

The noise from the the shared kitchen. The bedrooms were right next to it, people talking/shouting loud till late The mattress on the outside near the bathroom door bent in the middle and was very uncomfortable. TV didn't have work/ remote badly damaged by previous people. Held together by tape.
