Clean, warm and Libs was great, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good. Ideal location for travelling around Yorkshire.

Couldn't fault anything.

The beds were really comfortable and we were really made at home. Nothing was too much trouble.

"Exceptional"

The location, parking, king size comfortable bed,English breakfast, hostess let us know the area and where we could walk the dog.The house is large with a sitting room,we had the Amber room which suited all our needs.Rear garden has a patio with table and chairs, flower and shrub border and a lawn.Overall Excellent. We would recommend it .

Excellent host, great breakfast, and host very helpful in arranging taxi, and evening pub meals for you.

Only down side was you had to drive or taxi as no buses.
