Bella House Monkey Forest

Location is perfect. Room was spacious. It does not have AC but the big fan on the ceiling works just fine. Somebody recommended me this accommodation and they were right, it’s fantastic.

Very convenient location, in a traditional family compound.

The accommodation is a complex of old apartments situated in a small alley in central Ubud- literally situated in an inner courtyard facing the patio of the owner’s house. Atmospheric and gives you a genuine flair of being in SE Asia. Staff and Ibu- the owner are very friendly and helpful.

Very old so can’t never be or look clean. Doors (beautifully sculpted wooden doors!) don’t close properly so a cat entered the room of my fellow traveler while in our absence (and was sleeping on the bed😬) Water pressure not enough to wash long/curly hair.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Ketut was very attentive to all my needs and requests.

Sometimes WiFi didn’t worked properly in my room. An old lady was having a call in the next room and I could hear even what the person on the other side of the phone was saying. Let’s say rooms aren’t soundproof
