Groen, vrij mooi gebouw en tuinen

Grootste bezwaar: enorme rooklucht in de kamer, niet fijn als je een niet-rokenkamer hebt met 2 kleine kinderen. En getuige de reviews was dit geen incident. De kamer is zo poreus dat de rook van de onderburen en achterburen je kamer in komt. De badkamer is open dus daar is het nog erger. Daarnaast: het hotel zit aan een restaurant dat tot laat (23u) geopend is en overlast geeft. Je kunt er ontbijten, maar niet via het hotel; erg omslachtig. Wij gingen naar Levure om de hoek voor goede broodjes en koffie. Staff spreekt nauwelijks Engels dus we hadden nauwelijks informatie. Kamer zelf is kaal en nauwelijks gedecoreerd. Ik paste met 1.87m net niet in het bed. Prijs kwaliteit is gewoonweg niet goed: als dit 15€ per nacht zou kosten, had ik het begrepen (en dan waren we er niet geweest).

Bed was comfy, room was big and bathroom was nice and had hot water. Nice to have a kettle and filtered water available upstairs. Smart TV was nice to have (we did need to request help setting it uo as it wasn't working when we arrived).

The room was inside an ice cream shop which we were not made aware of when booking. This meant there was often quite a lot of noise outside the room and it felt slightly awkward going in and out. The windows in the room didn't shut very well and this lead to a strong smoke smell when we came back into the room (presumably because of someone smoking outside) but it happened on multiple occasions! No housekeeping despite us staying for 3 nights. Door handle fell off bathroom and locked my friend inside! Finally, location is far from most things so double check the map before you book!

Cozy place with lots of students hanging around as well as a nice restaurant and cafe where you can sit and relax.

Looked like a small cabin but it's more like a hotel room in a really beautiful small housing complex of sorts. I did not dislike it, but it was different than I had expected
