The hotel ambience was nice and full of plants and nature vibes.

The bed linen needs to be changed, it was stained, and I asked the staff to replace it. But, the new one is still stained. The room is not provided with amenities, and even towels particularly.

The bed sheets need to be kept clean , white sheets with too many stains. The bath towel smells terrible also stained. This does need improvements

Beautiful gardens and fish pond area, with unique sitting area near reception, and with interesting wood carvings.

1. White towels and bed sheets appeared clean but were stained grey throughout. When we asked for fresh towels the replacement ones were also grey stained. 2. The electricity wall socket for the kettle was detached from the wall, leaving wiring exposed. 3. There was no hot water in either of the two rooms we booked. The water heater located on the wall of each bathroom did very little to heat the water.

Hot water only run for 3 minutes, with such a price without breakfast isnt that great

We liked the room facing the garden - which are the oldest and have nice Java feeling. We had booked two rooms - where one was in the new building - but was lucky to upgrade for a small money to the old building. Really nice garden and many interesting details
