The 2 hosts were warm and friendly. We loved the decore - it added a lot of warmth and comfort to our stay, making us feel relaxed and away from our everyday hectic lifestyles. The small finishing touches were exceptional, such as the hosts filling up the kettle in our room with fresh water before arrival. The fresh milk fridge on the landing is a great idea.. The type of ornaments displayed around the building and small but detailed things like the table placements were of a high standard. The breakfast was of very good quality and portions were a good size! Free parking was a bonus. Very convenient location for the town centre and university. The double en suite room was very spacious, clean and comfortable from the mattress to the pillows to the duvet! I would highly recommend this B&B, and we would definitely stay there again

Super friendly b&b . Convenient location for the university and getting into the city easily. Room very comfortable and well kept. Breakfast selection good , cooked fresh individually rather than left to stand on warming-plates.
