Host was friendly. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were clean. Internet and tv was good. Breakfast amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The bedrooms were nice, bed comfy and very convenient having an ensuite bathroom each. Lady was very helpful.

Sofa was not comfy and a little on the small side. The showers hard to get right temperature wise.

Breakfast was gorgeous, and so much choice given. The table being set far beyond expectations/price paid (in our opinion!), and the tea and coffee already being made for us for when we came down was a gorgeous touch. The room was lovely, decorated stunningly, and had everything we needed & more. Views of the countryside were a bonus!

Delicious Full English with cereal and toast

Lack of a hot chocolate option with the tea and coffee in the room. They did not provide decaffeinated tea or coffee which I feel should be normal options for guests.

Modern cottage, clean, ample parking, quiet. 10 to 15 min easy walk to beach and town. Very dog friendly rear garden.

Grass could have been cut and rear garden leaves swept up.

The beds were very comfortable and having a choice of ensuite bedrooms was good. Parking was easy and the owner was very helpful, pleasant and available if needed.

There was a lack of storage in the kitchen and difficult to access if you weren't tall. One of the ensuite bathrooms smelled a little damp at one end.
