"Great nights sleep"

Lovely quiet room. Facilities were spotless. Breakfast was excellent.

Couldn't get shower to run hot water so had to have cold stand up wash. There didn't seem to be instruction and I didn't have time in the morning to faff about to sort it out tbh Sun had been shining in all afternoon so room was very hot. Maybe opening the window before guests arrived.

Friendly, clean & great location for a short drive into Hornsea.

I’d have loved it if the curtains were blackout curtains - but literally couldn’t have asked for anything else - great stay!

The cottage was very comfortable and clean. It’s well situated, with a path nearby which leads to the beach.

It could do with either an airer or washing line to dry wet clothes.
