The road leading to the place is very bad and rooms with insects as holes in the wall not covered properly. Less of staff for preparing breakfast.

Very friendly hosts, it was a really pleasant communication. They helped us a lot and was very friendly. The food was good, we recommend an amazing omelette for breakfast. And they make the most delicious coffee! The view is amazing, a very good place to relax.

We would recommend the hosts hanging canopies at the dining area. It would save the guests from annoying flies. For guests, when you are going to climb the volcano, make sure that you have the trekking shoes. This is a very difficult path and very dangerous, you should not think that it is easy. The guide says that it’s not difficult, but it really is. We could not climb to the top, so we spent our money for nothing because guide said that the path is easy. If we would know that it will be necessary to climb on a slippery road on top a steep wall, we would not go. We were wearing in sneakers with smooth soles, we slipped so many times in this path. We still shocked of this experience. But then we went to the hot springs that a little put us in a better mood.

Most lovely owners. They help with everything. Good is really good. We had a great hike to Mount Batur. Def recommend it.

For long stays, it is quite far off.

The views from the hotel were amazing! Mowgli (the onwer) was super friendly, he provided ua the hiking guide, took us to the hot spring... And recomend a hiking route that went to the other side of the volcano that was incredible!! He also offer a ride to Ubud to one of my friend becauae he was going nearby. They also had some things to have dinner that Mowglis sister prepare for us.

There are many flies , but that's the way it is in Kitamani ;)
