Rosemary was a fantastic host to myself and my children,they loved the pony and swings in the garden too.Our bedroom was lovely and cosy and beds so comfortable.Will definately be back.Fantastic breakfeast in the morning plenty of choice.

Beds were fine and the place was clean at least.

DO NOT RECOMMEND this B&B, The host was very rude and made issues with a lot of things, 3 young people stayed and they were basically followed everywhere by either staff or they may have been family, very unusual behaviour!! the host let herself into the rooms while one of the young people was sleeping in bed to open a window....unbelievable really!! Facilities were supposed to be available to use for guests for example the washing machine and the host told the young people to go into town to find a machine to use, they needed their clothes washed for a horse riding competition, she did let them use the machine eventually but they were only allowed to wash the clothes on a short wash...again ridiculous which didn't clean the clothes. The breakfasts were below any minimum standard and we WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER!!

Rosemary was a great host, really enjoyed our stay, lovely breakfast and everyplace was spotless. Great stay, would def recommend. Lovely location in the countryside.

The location is very good. The B&B is nestled in rolling hills with an excellent view of the countryside. When I opened the curtains in the morning there were horses running about. The location is between two fairly large towns, Virginia and Bailieborough. It's easy to gain access to the N3 a major road. Breakfast was great. Rosemary, the host, was more than happy to accommodate my gluten, and dairy free diet and made me excellent Irish oatmeal.
