Mary was an excellent host!

From the moment I arrived, my stay here was nothing short of exceptional — pure Irish bliss. Parking was effortless right out front, which immediately set the tone for a stress-free visit. My room was absolutely immaculate: warm, cosy, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a little sanctuary after a day of exploring. The bed was dreamy, the space felt safe and peaceful, and the bathroom was spotless with gloriously strong water pressure. It’s close enough to stroll into town, but with the ever-changing Irish weather I opted to drive to the main spots of interest. Even so, the location felt perfectly tucked away — wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for the best sleep. Mary was the true heart of the experience. She is such a warm, gracious host and made me feel instantly at home. Her knowledge of the local area is fantastic, and her recommendations added so much to my trip. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a special stay. Breakfast each morning was generous, delicious, and exactly what you need before heading out to embrace an Irish day of adventure. I also loved having tea and coffee-making facilities in the room — perfect for a cosy evening wind-down (and catching up on a bit of Coro. The guest conservatory was another lovely touch, a peaceful space to relax and unwind. This wasn’t just accommodation — it was a highlight of my trip. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful hospitality and great breakfasts

This is a lovely home with comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is served in a nice dining room and was very good. Our hostess Mary was friendly and welcoming. She graciously upgraded us to a larger room.
