Keyfield House

We loved everything about this B&B. A very friendly lady was waiting at the door. Guiding is to a lovely room with en-suite bathroom. Everything was available for us. She even offered a free continental breakfast. We were there for 3 nights and when I come back to Ireland we will not hesitate to contact her again. We could eat very well in Mullingar and travel a bit around to New Grange and Oldcastle

The only thing was the TV wasn't working - everything else was excellent

TV didn't work in the bedroom. Assume WiFi signal not strong enough. Easily solved by installing TP plug ins.

A beautiful old-style room with garden view and a reading nook too, great hospitality, we would surely be back if in the area again

The Hostess was friendly I would give the house and accommodation 10 out of 10

While an Irish breakfast was not offered the breakfast provided was described as "Continental Breakfast" was a bit on the skimpy side consisting of cereal, chopped fruit, Coffee, tea, Brown Bread and toast. One would expect something extra like croissonts or scones or pancakes and or yogurts. It was a pity but why drop the rating for a "H'apert of Tar". Hopefully the next time I will rate the Breakfast 10 out of 10

Decor with luxurious bedding and lovely modern en-suite. Enda was lovely very friendly without being over imposing.

House and host are lovely. Host very helpful. Room nicely furnished, spacious and bright. Beautiful spot, close to Mullingar. Short, inexpensive taxi ride in.

Toilet not flushing properly. Tap loose and awkward to use. I am sure the host would have resolved had we been staying longer and had the opportunity to let her know.
