Staff's rude and indifferent, even the owner is ignorant to customer needs. They had complete breakdown of electricity but no support from staff to provide alternates. No security at night.

This is an absolutely first-rate hotel! My family and I were so happy to stay here. We left Jaipur for a few days and returned to the same hotel within a few, and it was a real homecoming. The staff are amazing! I'm sorry I have forgotten their names. We would have liked to name them personally because they are exceptionally good and helpful. The rooms are so beautiful and the food outstanding. There's a real personal touch to the service, with the staff stopping to ask about our day and preparing fresh dishes that we wanted. The owners walk through the hotel and stop and talk to you. We would go back there in a heartbeat! Thank you, Dileep Kothi, for an unforgettable stay!

Erstklassige Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und exzellenter Service. Tolle Mitarbeiter die keinen Wunsch unerfüllt lassen. Sehr gute Küche. Eine Oase in Jaipur!!!
