I had a wonderful stay with my family. The family room we booked was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax after a long day. One of the highlights was the balcony overlooking the vibrant Colaba Market, which offered a lovely view of the bustling neighborhood. The hotel's location is excellent—close to many popular attractions and within walking distance of the iconic Gateway of India. The area becomes especially charming in the evening, with beautifully lit streets, a warm yellow glow from the streetlights, and a surprisingly peaceful atmosphere despite being near the main road. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and even brought us tea whenever we requested it. Filter water is available for filling at all times and kettle is available for hot water. Overall, a neat, comfortable, and conveniently located stay that made our family trip enjoyable and memorable.

This is just a suggestion - While the breakfast was satisfactory, it would be great to see 1-2 options added to the menu. Expanding the selection beyond the standard bread, butter, jam and eggs - would provide guests with a more varied and enjoyable breakfast experience during long stays.

Loved my stay, the staff are cooperative and nice. Great location. Would come back again.

Nothing to complain really, considering Mumbai is an expensive place . Would have loved to have a few hangers to keep clothes
