Very good location, close to gateway of India, reasonable breakfast and I could keep my luggage there till I left Mumbai

A very good budget accommodation. It's in an old building, the rooms are no frills, but very comfortable, with plenty of space. Mine had a good renovated bathroom, presumably they all do. It's very central to all the sights, Gate of India, The beautiful Taj Hotel, the water, and great shopping. I would stay here again. The staff are very helpful.

The staff at this property were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and cooperative throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed, which made the experience very comfortable and stress free. We also appreciated their transparency, as there were no hidden charges or unexpected costs. Overall, we felt genuinely well treated and would gladly recommend this property to others.

The location of the property is excellent , the historic Gateway of India is only a few minutes walk away. You can view the waterfront far away from the lane in which the property is situated. Its an old building with beautiful Art Deco features, the rooms give an old world charm feeling. Popular eating joints such as "The Mondegar" , "Bade Miyan" and "Leopold cafe" can be conveniently reached on a walk. Just below is a departmental store for necessary essentials.
