Personal, friendly service that went above and beyond. The peace and green, the unfussy, low-key atmosphere. The clean, quiet, safe beach just a short walk away.

The humidity of the climate sometimes made it hard to get clothes dry: it would have been helpful to have a rack for hanging wet clothes in our room. The room needed sweeping every day but didn't get done unless I requested it.

The location, Sreeji is such a host, so much local that he can help you with almost everything. Great food during the stay, exceptional surrounding which can’t get more close to nature. So quiet that you can hear the sound of trees and leaves. It’s almost the middle of a forest and 200m from a secluded private beach. IMPORTANT: Give a call to Sreeji to guide you with the location as it is not reachable by a car or motorbike. He can guide you to the closest parking spot and send his helper. Map doesn’t help. We made this mistake and wasted a couple of hours and it got dark. Try reaching during the day time as it is really scary to reach there for the first time when it is dark.

The rooms could be made a bit more cozy. We need a dustbin inside along with a table and a chair. A bit more of lighting. Floors could be cleaner as they seem to be only dusted but not mopped.

The way to the KK is somewhat hard to reach, but once you get the hang of it it’s fine.

We got an excellent breakfast of an amazing variety. Dinner was very delicious, too. We loved the fish and the prawns. Our host Ranji is a fantastic cook. A beautiful beach is just round the corner, perfect for swimming, wonderful sunsets.

We liked everything.

Lovely Keralan food

Just what I wanted. A serene place by the sea. Neat & clean it had a homely feel. The home cooked food was delicious. Wonderful, caring staff made it just perfect. Ideal for dreamers & world savers. City slickers please stay away

Can’t complain. Missed a hot bath - a minor inconvenience

The hotel is amazing because it’s in the middle of the jungle, next to the beach. You sleep with birds background and the owners are friendly

For the price paid, expensive in comparison to other properties in this area, few things I didn’t liked: 1) The bed was very uncomfortable, too hard. 2) There was no hot water. 3) It’s very remote so the only option is to eat there. however the variety of meals and size of portions were a bit disappointing…
