Hotel Chivla Paradise

Breakfast (Taste) was good. The location and service are Great!! Staff supports customers' requirements.

Basic facilities need to work on. 1. Water Supply (basin etc) poor water flow. 2. Handwash quality is poor. 3. Family and Batchelor's gathering together in the same property is frustrating. 4. Common balcony in a limited area is not working for eighter guests.

The location of the property was as we had expected and exceptional, the service was warm, and the rooms were a reasonable size as per our requirements

The hosts are good friendly, location of the property is great right on the beach

This was one of my best trips ever. It's always the 'stay' which will make a trip happy. I really like the ambience, location of the hotel, food taste, just 20 meters from beach and from balconywe acn listto the waves. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food taste was awesome and always yummy...Inda was very professional and always good in coordinating with people. Overall the trip was fabulous because of the stay. Thank you Inda & Sylvester for nice hospitality.

The staff and location of Chivla Paradise is just amazing. It was a special occasion for us with New Year and Birthday celebrations of both our children so the beach front location and a terrace to ourselves proved incredible. Nice big rooms and good AC. Good enough and safe parking. Staff made it so personalised an experience with impromptu cake and singing birthday song late at night for us, it was beautiful, can't thank enough. Inda and Thomas with the rest of the team are great hosts. The food is nice, and sumptuous. The beach is among the best in the world, relatively clean and gradual slope with soft sand, no rocks. The Malvani cuisine will ensure our revisit to Chivla,,,,soon.

All is well, nothing to complain about, the only recommendation could be to provide a kettle in the room for early morning tea.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The sea view and the feel of the place is surreal. But what tops the list of delights is the restaurant. They serve good home-style meals from the local cuisines. Overall, nice place, good food. Perfect for a quick trip on the way from Mumbai to Goa.

Cozy stay experience. Very simplistic set up with the view being the major attraction. Fantastic and prompt hosts and staff. Personal touch to every interaction and transaction with all the guests. No modern tech though but absolutely comforting basic amenities for a comfy stay by the sea. Highly recommended!!
