Great location. Very close to pretty beaches.

Dinner that we ordered wasn’t upto the mark. Breakfast was average.

We stayed just one night before a flight. It was absolutely fine. Clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Nice young lad checked us in and out. Didn't explore the immediate vicinity but was easy to get an auto into Triv and to the airport early in the morning

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The complementary Breakfast was simple one dish but tasted good.

The property is a little interior and there are no shops / restaurants nearby

This is an Ayurvedic resort type of facility, which rents rooms even to those who are not using the aryurvedic services. The owner, Dr. Nair, who dropped by in the evenings, and the caretaker, were very friendly. Rooms were well designed and clean, and the building is a very pretty bungalow in traditional style, although recently constructed. Breakfast was authentic and good. The hotel is about 20 mins to the city centre/airport/kovalam etc, so conveniently located although not in the heart of the city. We could order dinner online from a variety of good options, and get it delivered in < 30 minutes which was great to relax at the end of the day. And the price is very competitive for the features provided.

Public transportation is not available close by, but we had a car rented for the duration of the stay so this was not an issue for us. If you don't want breakfast to be spicy make sure to tell the caretaker ahead of time.

The property is very clean,tidy and decent, it is a single-storey building with nice architecture giving a homely feel. Mr.Siyad our care taker was very helpful and prompt. He also assisted with planning trips to nearby places. Sanskriti is a very quiet place ,surrounded by a neatly maintained garden. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. Owner, Mr. Pravin, came to meet us and enquired about our stay. Location is close to the airport.

There is nothing to complain about.

the location is amazing. Near to the beaches, the padmanabhaswamy temple and is still so secluded from the hustle bustle.
