House is very nice and comfortable,with a beautiful terase and the garden. Owner was very helpful with the useful tips. He can arrange any breakfast you like(which was a big problem for me, because I don't eat spicy food). Location is very near the beach,and nothing else. You can't walk,you reach everything only by car.

There's no mosquito net,so you can't open the windows,,and must always use the AC

superb staff; Owner is very kind and helpful. helped for temple Dharshan too ; good can be ordered from outside and get it delivered ; very very clean rooms and bathroom . next to main road ; feels luxurious .

Nothing .. but, as this homestay is next to toll plaza so every time you need to pay 75 rs when you step out to beach or to temple ;) . I didn’t try any internal route as I was worried

The place is sparkling clean! It gives such peaceful vibes, you'll feel like just being there. Simple, one item but hygienic and delicious home made breakfast served on both days we stayed there. They did their best to meet our liking. The owner Dr Praveen is a wonderful and helpful person, who helped us find cabs, and called for us a genuine ayurvedic massage therapist on the premises. Also allowed us a slightly late checkout. Do visit and stay there if you want to go for a peaceful and homely stay. Not for drinking, smoking and loud music kind of a holiday. The place has a traditional feel, with lots of greenery around the rooms.

The only staff there speaks only the native language, and unless you can understand some Malayalam, it is tough to communicate. He is otherwise quite helpful. However you can alsways call up Dr Praveen if needed.

I am an architect, professor at the University of Brasilia, Brazil. I have been going to India for 30 years in order to photograph its monuments. This time I decided to come south to photograph the wooden temples of Trivandrum. I chose to stay at the Sanskriti hotel and could not have made a better choice. The owner, Dr. Praveen, an excellent Ayurvedic doctor, is super attentive. As I have asthma and was coughing a lot, he provided Ayurvedic medicine for me. It was also possible to have a massage with medicinal oil. Dr. Praveen comes everyday morning and night to the hotel to check if everything is well. The house is very clean and the staff who takes care of the hotel is super kind and attentive. The food came from Dr. Praveen's house, made with care by his wife. And everything was delicious!!! If you also want a car to visit the monuments, Dr. Praveen provides for the guest. It is a hotel that I strongly recommend.
