"Sunny Cow" Village Villa

The delux rooom is huge complete with fridge, AC and desk. Breakfast was different everyday, simple but delicious. The garden is very relaxing to meditate, read a book or just chill with a drink.

A shelf or bench to put our personal stuff would have been nice, especially since there is plenty of space.

This is very affordable place - I have stayed there almost 2 weeks and with the price I got vs the conditions, it’s definitely a win! The place wouldn’t be so special if not the stuff, that is a heart of the place. I was simply enjoying the stay and morning breakfast - simple but so sooo tasty. The ladies was really friendly and make me feel like home. Also for the duff there was no things that cannot be done. They helped me as well to set up my working place. If you looking for accommodation and you working remotely - the internet here is really fast and it’s everything you need. Recommend all my heart!

There is a small suggestion to collect a payment for the stay at the very beginning of it or during the stay. The manager of the place got me really stressed. I thought booking took the payments via my card, and since they didn’t ask for it I thought it’s all good. After I left the place saying goodbye, suddenly 3 people started texting me (not even sure from where they have my phone number). I of course understand this misunderstanding but while trying to make a payment via transfer, they were flooding me with messages “I didn’t get it”, “ I still don’t have it” makes me feel like a scammer. This could be handled better.

Die Hütte wäre an und für sich schön, wenn sie gepflegt und gereinigt würde.

Ich am ersten Morgen ein Frühstück mit dem ich mir eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung geholt habe. Es gab Omelette und Toastbrot, also eigentlich eine sichere Variante. Danach verzichtete ich auf Frühstück in diesem Gasthaus. Gereinigt wurde in 4 Tagen nie, nicht mal im Bad. Die Outdoor Dusche war voll mit Blätter. Mit Fröschen habe ich gerechnet, aber auch mit Sauberkeit, das war Fehlanzeige. Es gäbe noch viel negatives aufzuzählen, aber die Zeit ist mir zu schade.

Nice, peaceful atmosphere and good staff

The property is in an excellent location, with easy access to local restaurants and cafés. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the beach and just a short walk from local markets and shops. If you’re visiting, be sure to stop by Oxford Arcade, a nearby supermarket, perfect for travelers craving some home comforts or UK favorites. The rooms are large and spacious, and the breakfast is genuinely delicious. After traveling around India, we really appreciated that the breakfast here changes daily and is freshly made to order. Even the orange juice is freshly squeezed each morning, though it’s best to get up early before they run out! We did experience a small hiccup during our stay, some condensation from the air conditioning and a minor leak from the heavy rain, which unfortunately dripped onto our bed area. We reported the issue through Booking.com, as there was a slight language barrier with one of the cleaning staff. Almost immediately, Ludovico (who I believe is the owner) called us directly to apologise and offered a room change. We were moved to a private outbuilding separate from the main house, complete with an outdoor shower that was absolutely dreamy. What started as a small inconvenience turned into a wonderful experience thanks to their quick response and genuine care. Honestly, they went above and beyond, thank you!

Good, simple breakfast with great service. The room was spacious and nice with a fridge. Very affordable and Great value.

A little bit difficult to find in a side street.

L'hôtel est très propre et la chambre est grande. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Le mobilier est très beau. La lessive est gratuite.

Les photos ne sont pas conformes à la réalité. Il n'y a pas d'endroit avec les voiles comme sur les photos, ou de bar, ou des endroits communs pour rencontrer des gens. C'est un hôtel extrêmement calme et très sombre.

It's an amazing property, located just 500mtrs from Anjuna beach. The rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The people at the property are such nice and helpful. They serve breakfast and even allow you to use the kitchen to cook your own food or reheat ordered food. The property has a homely feeling.
