"Though my visit to the city Shri Amritsar was successful but I was disappointed with the hotel."

1. Likes to have good breakfast from the market with family. What I and my family did not like about the RUJHAN Hotel room is listed below in order - 1. Bed – The mattress of the bed, the sheet spread on it, the blanket etc. are not proper in the winter season. 2. Wardrobe not being of proper type. 3. Absence of intercom in the room. 4. Electrical buttons installed in the room and bathroom are not working properly. 5. T.V. With D.T.H. Absence of. 6. TV as per customer's choice. Not making available channels etc. 7. Getting cleaning of hotel rooms and bathrooms done. Towel etc. not changed daily basis etc.
