Staff is courteous

Transport Services provided by hotel to Coimbatore was not good. Driver known to property owners was horrible. We had a lifetime of bad experience. Whole route driver was shouting, asking passenger to tell route, very rash driving, playing loud music, kind of psychic person. This driver works with this hotel for quite long time and knowing the person hotel should not work with such person to provide such a pathetic travel services. Everything is overcharged

Experience was amazing overall. Red House homestay is located in the center of lush green pine trees surrounded and very much isolated to the city..Great location and fantastic views.. Definitely recommend this place if you are planning to stay in ooty . Last but not the least they provide you with the best quality food especially Morning breakfast..a must try out I was really struggling to get some good vegetarian food across Ooty and coonoor and atlast we only got it here in our entire trip to Ooty and coonoor PS - Google maps shows incorrect route and we ended up in no mans land..take guidance from Amit to reach the location

Wanted to check out the home stay away from the maddening crowd for one night but couldn't Stay night. The hospitality was awesome. The Antiques paintings were very old historic collection. Highly recommend for people who love home stay .Mr.Amit Given brief explanation about the bungalow on next day when we visited..& had a good talk with him as well ...

Absolutely delighted, A luxurious homestay in Ooty! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the elegantly designed interiors to the breathtaking views. An English house turned into a grand Birtish homestay. The interiors right from the doors, hallways and decor is very aesthetic and will make you want to stay at the property longer

Very scenic,claim,fully private place with great hospitality, surrounding fully deep Pine forest outside the bungalow,well maintained Old style british Especially the cook mr.amit& ashish both are gem.

They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The property itself was charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. The hospitality I experienced was top-notch. Breathtaking views from the balcony. I highly recommend this homestay to group of friends and family for a warm and memorable getaways.

Breakfast was good but repetitive

No shower in the room even though it was stated before, staff was friendly but didn't stick to the breakfast times we agreed on before. The rooms were quite dark, check-in was confusing
