Like: - owners kind and responsive , good communication. - location close to anything you need to see in Bari vecchia - 15 min walk to Bari Centrale - terrance in room 22 is absolutley great - 2 rooms offering sufficient space for a family of 3 Improvement possible : - there are 2 accomodstions sharing a hallway and main door not isolated , can be loud when opening / closing doors - lauddry room next to room 22 , you can hear when used / doors open - closed

We stayed in room 22, the room was nice, big and clean, with comfortable beds. The host, Francesco, was very helpful, he expected us for checkin at about 11 PM, he provided us indications and a lot of helpfull details via whatsapp. In the room we had a bottle of wine from the host, coffee and tea machines with supplies, and some sweets. The location is in the old town, there are a lot of small streets and old buldings nearby. Also the room has a very nice terrace, but we could not enjoyed it too much due to the rain.

the only thing we did not like it was the rainy weather during our stay, but I don't think the host can do something for that :)

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very cozy, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great! Close to the city center and the restaurants downtown.

We had a great stay at this accommodation! Our flight was late, and we arrived at 23:45, but our host was waiting for us despite the late hour. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, exactly as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. There were two air conditioners, which kept us warm during the cold February nights. The bathroom was great and fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had a fridge, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, a coffee machine with capsules, and tea. We were especially happy with the welcome surprise—a bottle of wine, savory snacks, and sweets. The host provided us with detailed information about parking in the area, how to park, and recommendations for restaurants. The building itself was beautiful, and we would gladly stay here again! I highly recommend this place!

I loved absolutely everything about this place. First, it's located in the very centre of the Old Town, in a beautiful building. Second, it's spotlessly clean and, most importantly, it's managed by a lovely host. I will definitely stay there again.
