Като разположение квартирата е малко далеч от центъра на града, но има спирка на автобус, който води до центъра, точно пред портите на комплекса. В близост до квартирата има супермаркет (15 минути пеша) и няколко заведения за хранене. Квартирата се намира в затворен комплекс и има много уютна градинка, в която може да си починеш. Атмосферата е много приятна. Има споделена кухня, която е напълно оборудвана - има фурна, котлони, мивка, хладилник и фризер. Тя е доста обширна и има голяма и малка маса, както и места за сядане. Стаята беше перфектна и в много добро състояние. Въпреки че в описанието в сайта пишеше, че не се предлагат шампоани и сапуни, ни бяха предоставени такива. Имаше и кърпи и сешоар. В стаята имаше бюро и стол, телевизор, климатик, рафт със закачалки за дрехи. По време на престоя ни (6 дена) два пъти беше почистено от персонала. Собственикът и съпругата му са изключително мили и гостоприемни хора, бяха много отзивчиви и през цялото време ни караха да се чувстваме като у дома. Невероятни хора и супер квартира. Силно препоръчвам и бих посетила отново.

Недостатък е това, че квартирата е далеч от центъра на града, но автобусната спирка е много близо. Също дървените части на стаята скърцат при силен вятър. Но всичко останало е перфектно.

Ambiente molto confortevole e mimmo molto gentile

The location met our expectations, peace and well-being. Breakfast was fine. Mimmo (master of the house) is a relaxed person, just an Italian as he should be.

There are always some details to be found. Some more shelves, hooks to hang things would be useful. Tissue paper maybe. Just details for someone.

lovely B&B in a residential area near Bari. The owner, Mimmo, is a really nice guy! He contacted us in advance to send the location of the gate where you can enter the neighbourhood. He waited for us there, and showed us the house. The room is very comfortable, and the area is very quiet and beautiful. he gave us some tips on where to go park in Bari and what we could find nearby the house. We could park the car safely outside. There is a breakfast room in the building, where we had breakfast with freshly made coffee and tea. all in all, we really enjoyed staying here, and would love to do so again. Thank you Mimmo!

Mimmo is the best host. He is very kind and helpful. Breakfast were great with fresh fruits and good coffee. The place is very calm and comfortable.

Mimmo is a fantastic host and not just very friendly but enormously reliable. My very delayed flight brought me past midnight to Bari, yet he was extremely kind and helpful with the pickup from the airport. I can recommend this place without a doubt 😀

The location is in a gated community, so Mimmo sends you directions where to meet him for entry to his place. This is his home which has land, and he has several rooms there for rent. The area is clean, quiet, comfortable and airy; a nice respite from the busy city of Bari. And Mimmo is very helpful and concerned about the well-being of the guests; takes care of every request. Amazing room provided by Mimmo. He took us from and to the airport. Prices were incredibly cheap compared to regular prices. He was helpful and catered our needs. Room was spacious enough and the TV also had a Netflix option. Breakfast was always sufficient and Coffee was amazing.

Maybe the assortment of breakfast was not wide enough and a bit too repetitive but overall we still liked it very much that every morning we had a breakfast whenever we wanted to have it.

The host is extremely helpful, polite and kind. He also helped with transfer to the airport for a fair price and gave tips on the proximities. The house is beautiful and lively, with a garden and friendly dogs. The breakfast is simple and homemade, but of great service.

I do not have anything to complain about this property. It is far from the center of Bari and from a sand beach, but we already knew that. It is great value for service.

The host was very kind, especially as our flight was delayed and welcomed us even though it was midnight. Breakfast was exceptional, with delicious coffee and pastries. We stayed for 2 nights and the appreciated that the breakfast was slightly different between the 2 days. Parking was convenient as it was in a closed gate community and available literally. The train station is about a 15 minute walk which was also convenient.
