GBPlenty of free parking and a beautiful once grand traditional Italian Villa. Nice spacious rooms with big beds and reasonably priced. The views of the Lake are stunning!
There was no air conditioning and the day we arrived it was very hot. It sits right above the motorway so too noisy to leave the windows open. It said it came with breakfast but we went downstairs for breakfast at 7.30 and there was no one around and no sign of anything to eat other than some biscuits in a jar and tea and instant coffee left out. They have a nice sitting area outside so if staying here I would recommend to bring your own drinks and snacks. I thought it would be walkable to Como but it is not.
BRO quarto é grande, limpo e confortável! A vista é INCRÍVEL!!! Eles dizem que não oferecem café da manhã, mas deixam à disposição café, chá, capuccino, bolo, bolachinhas e frutas! Para mim foi excelente!
Mas tenho algumas ponderações: o banheiro é ótilo, mas fica separado da acomodação. O quarto não tem ar condicionado, isso é um problema no verão europeu. Dormi com a janela aberta e amanheci com um zoológico de insetos! Além disso, a internet é horrível. Se você precisar para trabalhar, como eu precisava, terá problemas!

SKLocation was perfect, very calm and quiet place with beautiful views on Lake Como and city. I liked the combination of new renovated bathroom and sleeping room with the classic style. The road to accomodation is a bit tight, but this are all roads near lake Como, good driver can do it without problems. Price was very good compared with any other offers.
It was a little bit cold, but also cold outside after rainy days. But for summer its perfect for sure.
