The premises is an old Victorian property that has been lovingly restored and has a lovely comfortable vibe. It was spotlessly clean, with the most comfortable bed. The shower was fantastic and delightful hot. Food was amazing, and a great selection. The homemade Guinness and walnut bread was delicious, and lm thrilled that l now have the recipe! Hands down the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts Marie and Joe were welcoming and both went above and beyond. Thank you both for everything that you did for us. I’d highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity.

We had a wonderful stay! Maire and Joe gave us a very warm welcome. The place was beautiful - very cozy and peaceful - but what we loved most was the room with the stunning sea views! The property is well located and close to Cobh town. There were thoughtful touches throughout. Maire and Joe made us feel right at home, cooking delicious breakfasts and sharing lovely chats. They gave great recommendations, local tips, and suggested places that were truly worth visiting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay with them again.

Maire set a new standard in hospitality! Her home is lovely and breakfast was delicious. But she went above and beyond when she contacted friends to help in my search for my Irish roots!! So unexpected and appreciated! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was beautiful and our room far exceeded my expectations. It was definitely the best place that we stayed on our trip! The hosts were so kind and welcoming and very helpful in offering recommendations for our travel. The breakfast was delicious!! I highly recommend staying at Inver if passing through Cobh.

This property was probably one of the most comfortable B&B experiences that we have ever had. The property was first claw in every manner and our hosts were probably the most interesting and engaging owners ever. A wonderful breakfast set us up for our days. And the owner also helped us fine tune our travel plans.

Lovely comfortable room in a beautiful house overlooking the harbour. The room we had was very spacious. Maire was so welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of useful information for our stay. A fabulous host that made our trip, the best we've ever stayed with! Wish we'd stayed longer and will definitely stay with Maire and Joe again when we come back to the area 😊

There are no words for how lovely this stay was. The facilities are gorgeous, updated while maintaining the history of the home - pictures don’t do it justice. Máire and Joe were happy to have us, so hospitable - available if we needed but very much gave us privacy as well! The linens, room and bathroom - as well as the sitting room and dining room - all so comfortable with no detail left behind and gorgeously decorated. It was easy to feel at home and very welcomed. Parking available right in front of the house, easy walk into town along the water!

What a truly special place! We've never felt so warmly welcomed. Thank you for such heartfelt care and attention. The space is cozy, beautiful, and clearly filled with love. I slept better here than I have in years. Some places touch your soul — and this is definitely one of them.
