Excellent breakfast

Some confusion about whether to order our evening meal at the bar or the dining area

Quaint historic Inn with with good food. A good selection of real ales and friendly staff. There are plenty of bar games available if you want an alternative to nattering.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like

Very quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Amazing.

Staff are amazing. Community amazing.

Our room was a dream, fantastic views, comfortable bed, clean and light. Staff were really friendly, and breakfast was fantastic.

As always these days, more and more places are getting rid of their baths in favour of wet/ shower rooms. So we were disappointed to see a wet room in a bath sized space. We love relaxing baths when away, but sadly they are getting less and less.

It was a welcoming and friendly place. Holly was excellent and kept us happy after bit of a rocky start. Well placed for a quiet stay and nice and warm

Our room had no blind on the bathroom window which left us open to a lack of privacy. We had to solve this ourselves and improvised using a painting as a blind.

Fantastische ontbijtkeuze. Mooie gezellige plek. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Tiger Inn. Had a delicious meal and loved the room. Everyone was friendly and welcoming 😊

We visited at the end of week celebrating Maria's (my partner) 60th Birthday. Firstly, every single member of the team of good folk working at the Tiger Inn was delightful. We were given a very warm and genuine welcome on arrival. Our room (Minnie) was perfect - warm and comfortable with a great shower. Also a really good selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate (and good biscuits). We slept very well - on the first night I slept for more hours than I have in many a year. We enjoyed the food in the pub on both our first and second nights. Breakfast was among the best we've had on any break. Clientele at the pub were friendly - we had the pleasure of meeting Kate, Ate (?), Martha and Stella - just delightful! But back to the team, my word. They were brilliant and I have to mention the wonderful cleaning team also. Everyone was so pleasant even though they were clearly working hard. I think I'm right in saying there is a shared belief in a true focus on providing an excellent guest experience. Well done - all of you and thank you.

We cannot fault any part of our stay.

Everything about this place was perfect for us, food was delicious but only thing we would say is maybe more selection on the evening menu. Breakfast choice was outstanding.
