The room is Clean and tidy. The breakfast is of great quality. The host is very friendly and nice. The location is great with is near car park and supermarket

"Great for a short stay to enjoy Brecan and the sites."

The room was very clean and had a great view, Breakfast was lovely with local produce

Can't say there is anything I didn't like, would just be useful to have a small stool to sit on at the dressing table as the other chairs are too low to see into the mirror so have to crouch on the floor

"Relaxing comfortable stylish stay near the heart of Brecon"

Location great - a short walk into town. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked.

A small fridge in the room or a small communal fridge on the upper floor would have been nice.
