Lovely hosts, very clean loveley breakfast

Great location, quiet, strolling distance to pubs and scenic village centre. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was great.

Pleasant friendly staff, comfortable mattress, clean rooms, nice breakfast.

The walls are paper thin, particularly in the bathrooms so don't expect too much privacy.

It is in a very attractive village, and whilst it was originally a farmhouse, it is no- longer a working farm. It is a very large home with at least 6 rental 'units'. Ours ,comprised of 3 separate good sized rooms ( sitting & bed & large shower bathroom ) ..... very compfy bed and plenty of storage space, plus comfortable sofa to watch TV. All immaculately clean. Husband and wife team ensure your stay is good. Breakfasts nice. Even rabbits to watch in surrounding woods and grassy areas outside. Free parking & WiFi too.

Nothing to spoil our visit.

Room was a great size, and very clean. We really loved the fact that in terms of tea and coffee facilities it came with KitKats and Snickers as well as bottles of water. Additionally there was plenty of milk provided from the outset, which was great. We were also asked if there was anything else we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also really good, very fresh and beautifully cooked. The sausages were amazing. Wifi worked well, there were also plenty of electrical sockets. The setting of Mill Farm was just outside Great Ayton so location wise it worked perfectly. Just far enough away for it to be quiet but close enough that it provided a lovely walk into the village. All in all we had a great stay, thank you Melody, Graham and Daniel.

We can't think of anything that we didn't like about Mill Farm.

Lovely & clean, very spacious & lots of nice touches. Water, choc bar plenty of tea bags & milk. Also excellent shower, overall had a lovely stay
