"Fantastic stay, fantastic host and a beautiful breakfast"

Melody and her partner were very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away, and the breakfast the next morning was absolutely beautiful. She kept us company during the morning and her personality shone through and made us feel like we could stay as long as we wanted.

Nothing whatsoever, it was a great stay and I'd recommend this location to anyone.

The location is perfectly situated just a short stroll by the riverside to the delightfullly quaint village of Great Ayton and the stunning countryside all around. Breakfast was very good and our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
