Glenhouse

Great location for exploring Lewis and Harris. Our room was clean and comfy and the bathroom next door was spacious and for our use only. Wonderful breakfasts! Norma was a kind and thoughtful host.

Donald Norma and cute Cody were all very welcoming and it felt homely

I would have appreciated a scent free environment, but know that lots of people like diffusers, even though I (and my allergies) do not.

Hosts gave a warm welcome. The property was very clean, the room was made up every day and clean towels provided. Breakfast was tasty. Chance to chat to other guests as everyone (3 rooms) sits at the one breakfast table. Good location for exploring both islands.

The room we had was small and in the eaves so some restriction when moving around room. The bed is a small double, the single shower cubicle is built into the eaves so very tight on space and shower head low. Basic facilities. No lock on door. No maps or tourist leaflets for visitors.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. This is a B&B of the old style. The room is in the house and an extremely generous breakfast is included. The beds were comfortable with separate en-suite.

The room was a little small for two of us but as we weren’t there during the day, it wasn’t a big issue.
