"Superb"

Marcia and John where wonderful hosts. Nothing was to much. Nice property, big garden, car park. Nice bedroom with tea making facilities, with fresh milk. Large bathroom with double shower and big bath, candles if you require. Private lounge with open fire and sky TV make it very homely. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit, cereal and full English available. Freshly brewed coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and home made bread. With the property only catering for 2-4 people at a time, you're able to relax and go at your pace. Excellent value for money. Would definitely return if passing through again .

Although there was a TV in the lounge downstairs, it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom. But I'm probably being petty.

Locally sourced breakfast and home made breads, fantastic hospitality - host couldn’t offer anymore of tried, living room to ourselves overlooking the grounds, eco friendly (no throwaway plastics), fresh flowers and linens, warm home from home feeling, good location for cities, forest breaks and beach a short drive away

Nothing, very satisfied. Ideal spot for a short stay and will come back.

No need for face masks. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of quality and service. Choice of Home made bread also an added bonus. Exclusive use of lounge and very large TV much appreciated.

The property was easy to find, very clean and comfortable. It was lovely having a very personal touch as we were the only guests. Breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast was superb…a choice of cereals, 4 types, 3 types of yogurt, tofu and raspberries and then the full English cooked meal on top with brown granary bread. I couldn’t eat any more, and I have always had a good appetite. The dining area, also the evening lounge area, was most spacious and beautifully decorated, with interesting pictures, lovely bold pottery and no less than four bunches of flowers and a view into the garden to boot, with goldfinches looking in!

hard to find fault, to be honest.
