"Exceptional"

Great location, quiet area, next to the beach, ideal for travel along the coast. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The kids loved feeding the ducks after breakfast. Very happy and would return again.

"wish we stayed longer"

EVERY THING !!! only one night but was made so welcome was clean homely and relaxing weather was not the best cold windy would be nice to walk the lake in better weather so next time

"A hidden Gem"

from the welcome to the departure Lakeside B&B turned out to be a hidden gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed comfy and nothing was to much trouble. Our only regret was that we'd only booked the one night and we could fo nothing about the weather.

Beautiful building in a stunning location. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and explain everything. Lots of choice at breakfast although no water but I could have asked for that.

Score of 9 instead of 10 because only PG tips tea in the room, if it had been Yorkshire tea or generally better quality tea, I would definitely have given 10 out of 10. The only downside was that we only had one night and I wish we had time to sit by the lake and read.
