A peaceful and quiet location, with good security in place. The clean kitchen was well-stocked with what you would need for a short stay and the provided provisions for the DIY breakfast were good quality and generous (particularly considering the nightly rate). It is quite obvious that the host wishes you to have a comfortable stay, but were also completely unintrusive - adding to the feel of privacy and peace given by the location (other than a nice introductory call with directions to the property, I didn't even see them!). I thought that it was exceptionally good value for money and I will certainly be returning in future.

Observation, rather than a negative: Some previous reviewers have commented on the 'dated' nature of some of the property. While I agree with this perception with regard to one of the bedrooms and the en suite in particular, everything was clean and worked as it should and the 'dated' nature of some things really just adds to the charm of the place in my opinion. The property isn't pretending to be something that it is not.

Sophie the host was so friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in and find everything. The apartment was huge and so cosy and furnished with everything one could wish for. I loved the good shower, the large kitchen dining room, the breakfast was provided in the fridge for me with bacon and eggs, bread, yoghurt and cereals, juices milk and the wifi also was brilliant. plenty of parking space. I loved me stay and would certainly come back if near the area. Thank you Sophie!!

-Beautiful setting -Charactered property -Tranquil - A mix of old and new. Although some may say 'dated' in parts, I absolutely loved the charm of the bathroom tiles. -Relaxing aura -Lovely host

The Owners were absolutely lovely and welcoming! I like that the kitchen is stocked, allowing me to cook whenever I need to. The Land is beautiful on the way up to the accommodation with the animals in the field. The gated entrance made it feel very secure and reassured, which especially helped when staying in a new place. 100% Recommend.

Very spacious property with excellent and well kept facilities. Attention to detail was very good and a great host. Could not fault anything about my stay and look forward to staying again.
