Room was clean, ensuite was good, tea/coffee making facilities available. Brealkfast was just the cooked element but very reasonable and plenty of it

Some noise when the pub closed

.Warm welcome. Nice clean single ensuite room above pub.. Nice lively local serving great beer. Timothy Taylors Landlord & Doom Bar cask ales. Friendly owner, staff and regulars. Breakfast offered at a price and it was freshly cooked, plentiful and good quality. Thank you Ness for making our stay one to remember.

The bed mattress was not the best quality

Had tea/coffee facilities as well as working TV. Wifi and room was clean.

The price and an overnight stay it was great. No real complaints. Would stay again.

Location, size of room for a single room, storage space.

Small bathroom, and Booking.com info for this accommodation said Free Breakfast but we were charged £10:50 for a large breakfast.

Nothing not to like

Nothing was good about the place. Loud music until midnights from the bar and no consideration for over head paying guests. nothing was replaced after two days such as clean linen or milk and coffee. I stayed in many places over time but this was uncomfortable and does not come close as a 'Good stay for me'. Noisy street as well. Even the wifi was awful and not working for long periods .

Loud music from the bar until midnight, Bed was like 'Sleeping on a bed of springs, stains on the sheets and not changed in the two nights I stayed there. Had to ask after the second nights for milk . Very noisy road and ? where parking was so had to park on road. I was booked for a four night stay but after second night I explained I had a crisis at home and had to go home . She, the landlady promised to refund the two nights back into my account but four days later no refund was put in my account. I rang each day and got various excuses but got no refund so reported it to booking.com to investigate. I travel a lot with my work and stay in many places but this was the worst I can remember. Worst of all the Landlady initially was appearing helpful but after that just got 'FOBBED OFF'. Very disappointed and would not be recommending it as somewhere to stay.
