Isobelle is a excellent host and very helpful. Great location for cycling.

Izzy greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful at all times. The place is easy to find and the location ideal for visiting lots of local places of interest. The room was extremely clean and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was just right and cooked to perfection. Our dog was also made to feel very welcome, and spoiled with treats. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

If I had to be critical of anything, the TV is slightly on the small size for it's location, but this is a minor point when you consider the whole package.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was modern with a lovely big shower. There was a large comfortable bed. The breakfast was brought to our room and was very good. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating It was convenient for the festival we were attending. We would highly recommend this property.

There wasn't anything that wasn't up to scratch. We had a good experience.

The accomodation was finished to the highest standard and immaculate, the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. The only noise around us was that of birds singing, absolutely beautiful area. Communication around our booking was second to none . The owner was helpful, obliging and super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Not to mention a delicious breakfast delivered to our door...who could ask for more....I would certainly recommend it to anyone...a perfect base to explore the many different attractions in the area...the host had compiled a super helpful guide to that as well..there was absolutely nothing that hadn't been thought of ...my only regret was not being able to stay longer ...thank you

There was absolutely nothing not to like

Beautifully appointed property in a quiet location, a short distance from a small town. Isabelle is a joy and nothing is too much trouble… she’s extremely accommodating. The breakfast is awesome 😁 The added extras like complimentary bottles water and choccies are the ‘cherry on top’.

slightly over furnished, but it’s all lovely furniture. just makes the room a little tight for space if you’re in for more than a night.

Excellent hospitality and communication, delicious breakfast, very nice lodge with a comfortable bed and great attention to detail. Very convenient for the Hay-on-Wye festival.
