"A perfect b and b with one of the best views to be had."

Breakfast was superb. The owner was beyond helpful and charming. We had a wonderful time. The view from our bedroom was out of this world. Chris gave us such a welcome it made our stay.

Beautiful super spacious room (sea view), stunning views, extremely comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Great location just outside of oban. Owners extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

No hairdryer (did not detract from how lovely the place is).

Das Zimmer (3) hatte einen gigantischen Ausblick auf die Ardmucknish Bay. Wir hatte waehrend unserer Zeit dort wunderschoene Sonnenuntergaenge und "kein" Regen. Der Ausblick war mehr norditalienisch als schottisch. Das Zimmer war sehr schoen mit einem Sofa vor dem Fenster um den Ausblick zu gniessen. Chris und Familie haben uns den Auffenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht mit Tips und Ratschlaegen fuer Unternehmungen. Das Fruehstueck war sehr gut und wurde frisch zubereitet. Fuer das Abenessen waren wir einmal im Oyster Inn Eseen. War uns etwas zu Fritoeselastig. Das Restaurant hat keine Fenster. Pub fuer Dirinks allerding zu empfehlen. Waren danach mehrfach im Bistro "at the Falls of Flora" Essen. Sehr gutes Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Vielen Dank and Christ und seiner Familie fuer den superschoenen Auffentalt

Ards House is fabulous. We were warmly welcomed by Kris, who is a friendly and welcoming host. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, as is the decor throughout. Breakfast was great. Delicious, freshly prepared, and with a fantastic selection. We look forward to returning.

"Super accommodation and host!"

Great host. Very comfortable accommodation. Choose breakfast option night before. Haggis is on the menu! Kettle for tea/coffee/water available in room as well as in dining room. The sitting room was beautiful with binoculars available to explore the lovely view.

"A very enjoyable stay in a clean well run establishment."

Stayed at Ards House B&B with a friend for two nights. Received a warm welcome from Chris who showed us round, explained the facilities and through out our stay ensured all our requirements were met. The twin room was very comfortable and looked out over a colourful garden area. We had exclusive use of the bathroom which was adjacent to the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent with a varied choice of cooked dishes. Although located about 4.5 miles from Oban an hourly bus service from a nearby stop has you there in less than twenty minutes. This is not your standard seaside B&B and if in the area again it would be my first choice of accommodation
