Great and light private room in the heart of Nice

Everything was great. Very artistic and authentic apartment. Everything is clean and comfortable. Good location. Very nice owner.

The oven and a stove in the kitchen were unavailable for tenants.

Mitten im Zentrum, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sauber, ruhig, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Eine tolle Gastgeberin, die viele Tips gegeben hat.

Great location. The room itself was a nice size with a large desk for working and a small balcony/bistro chairs and table with a view. Host was very friendly and interesting.

The room did not have a lock and I did not feel totally comfortable leaving my electronics in there while I explored the city. Also felt a little odd sleeping in a room without a lock so I put a chair up against the door. It really felt more like a hostel to be honest and had a bohemian vibe. I don't think the shower room (which needed some updates) had a lock on it either. The toilet room had a tiny hook latch on the door.

Host gentile e disponibilissima, posizione molto vicina ai luoghi di interesse di Nizza

It fulfilled the expactations. As a shared accomodation I couldn´t expect for more. The four floors without a lift is managable (I did it with a huge suitcase) as the staircase is very wide. The welcoming was nice and helpful.

L'emplacement est parfait, l'appartement est spacieux et la chambre était très confortable. J'ai été, par ailleurs, très bien accueilli.
