Staff is very cooperative

We stayed in the hotel which is centrally located for two nights. Its a medium sized villa with comfortable rooms suited for family and tourists. It has four car parking available and we could park our car there. Room and bathroom was clean and you can have a view of the valley and the surrounding hills. The bed sheets, comforter, woolen blankets, towels were neat and clean. You get one towel for each bed provided. Hand towel is provided on request. You can easily walk down from the hotel to the main market and have easy access to food and shopping. The hotel will soon have a restaurant which was almost ready in a month or two which will be super useful for early breakfast and dinner. They speak and understand English, Tamil and Hindi and communication is not a problem. The hotel staff is very helpful at all times of the day and they guide you to the property based on you mode of transport once you reach Ooty.

The hotel is located in an area which has two approach roads. One is commutable, with 4 wheeler from the eye foundation hospital side and the second one is only commutable with 2 wheeler from the main market side.

Room size and the bed was good

Towel cleanliness and the bathroom was not clear . Toilet sear was broken and not clean, hot water was not working and we have to call the reception to get the bucket of hotwater eachtime for everyperson

Owners were really helpful. They helped us with the way to the hotels as well as for tourist places. Locality is peaceful. Rooms were nice and clean with some sunlight. Beds were comfortable and large. Terrace is peaceful and has a view if you just want to chill/hangout. Water dispenser and hot water kettle helps in the cold weather. Suggestion: for way from bus/train station to the hotel, use hotel to bus/train station on foot/car on google maps. That shows the right path.

The staff's Helpfulness. The location was good. Power backup was there. Zomato/swiggy delivery was available. The rooms were big. Water dispenser was there to fill water bottles. Electric Kettle was there.

A little more amenities could have been there like slippers, hair dryers, iron, complimentary minibar, etc.

The staff was really polite and ensured we had a comfortable stay there.

Well not particularly a bad thing but the location is a little tricky to get to. But with a little bit of help we got there without issues.

The rooms were spacious and clean. 2 with beautiful mountain view and sunrise.
