Cleanliness needs to be better. The blanket had a lot of spots.

Only thing is driver fom hotel who took us for ooty trip is really rud .didn’t like his attitude.also dropped us far away from all the location and it was hectic to walk on ooty street with baby and rain. Charged 2500 to show 4 places where as its less if booked from outside .

Rooms were clean and maintained well. All staff were good and supportive. I recommend this stay. Mahesh is very supportive and try to give his best

The pictures in the booking sites don't really do it justice. The terrace view is really serene justifying the villa name. Super helpful staff and very attentive to needs. Would definitely visit them again.

Rooms are okay..but for basic tea and coffee you have to ask or request...view only from terrace...eating not allowed on terrace....

Food not available.. overpriced as per the facilities.. While eating on terrace.we were penalised...rooms are not big enough to have comfortable dining..it's a basic room with attached bathroom
