Breakfast was excellent freshly cooked and ample. Good location for local area.

Only thing was our shower was a bit hit and miss but not a big issue.

"Pleasant and comfortable place."

Lovely host, with great attention to detail. Small but comfortable and well thought-out room, with everything you might need. Superb breakfast. Location ideal for a short break, walking distance to Lowestoft town centre, close to the beach.
